The pouch would work well if they stayed up, but they move down on their own after a while and then my balls touch my legs. The fabric is really nice! Soft and they should degrade slowly. The right size for me around the waist and thighs. I’m 33 inch waist.

feels very comfortable. took the size according to the store's size chart, and it fits, although might need to get used to it a little if you wore tighter briefs before. the 'package-pouch' part is quite spacious, so if you arent supersized in that section, things might get jumbled up if your jeans are tight around there - might worth to try a size smaller if you need (as you should, to avoid varicocele) decent support there.
