Q: who pay for the custom tax? — important

A: If the parcel is strict inspected by custom, you need to pay tax to clear custom, We won`t bear any customs tax. Q: what’s the DHL remote fee and How much ? — important

A: After buyer choose Megaboxy Classic ie DHL/UPS/Aramex/TNT shipping way, we will check your address belongs to remote area or not from DHL website, maybe buyer is requested to pay extra cost about 45-50USD for your remote address. Pls understand and know that this remote cost is charged by DHL, not our sellers, if you do not agree to  pay for the remote fee, pls give me another address which is not belonging to remote areas. or we’ll change the shipping way to Megaboxy Super Saving shipping.

Q: what frequency the phone support?

A: in our specification, you can find the frequency which the model support, and you need to know your own operator’s frequency. Only both frequency match, you can use the phone properly, you can visit web to check your operator;

Q: what kind charger inside the parcel?

A: Most phone will have original China type charger(same as USA),we will provide suitable adaptor, which should be applicable in your country, according to our knowledge;

A: we offer 1 year warranty, we can replace phone or return & refund for you within 7 days after delivery  if phone has function problem; pls keep all labels (IMEI label, warranty label) outside the phone completely without any broken. and we can offer warranty. we can not offer warrant for any by man-made breakage.

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you provide tracking information?

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
